Q: Is my credit card information safe and secure when ordering from Southwest Trading Post?

A: Yes, we have a completely secure merchant account system that automatically checks your credit card number and deposits the money into our bank account without anyone ever seeing your credit card number or information.

Q: What are the payment options?

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal via secure checkout.

Q: How will products be shipped?

A: Your order will be shipped via US Postal Service First Class mail unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Q: What are the shipping charges?

A: Shipping is based on the subtotal of your order and destination. Canadian shoppers please use the pull down state box to select your province. We love our international customers. We're so sorry that the postal service have raised the rates so much!

Q: Do you ship overseas?

A: Yes, we offer International First Class Mail. Items may repackaged to facilitate fitting everything in.

Q: Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?

A: No, not unless you're purchasing within New Mexico.

Q: Once purchased, when will I receive my products?

A: You should receive your order 2-7 days from date of order in the US. International orders take 1-4 weeks to arrive depending on Customs.

Q: Do you offer a warranty or a guarantee on products?

A: All products are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Products are not warranted against misuse or abuse. Be careful removing brass templates from package! The tape always seems to be on the most delicate part.

A: Returns cheerfully accepted for thirty days from purchase.

A: Yes, please call or e-mail Sharalynn.

Q: Can you add something to my order?

A: We can if you act very quickly! We ship very fast unless we're traveling so you have to let us know right away and provide means of payment. We never get your credit card info, only the last 4 digits and expiration date. You can call Sharalynn at 505-480-7393 or e-mail the first 12 digits of your credit card and the security code in separate e-mails.

Q: Can you ship my order via Priority mail?

A: Yes, but only for US shipping addresses. There is a $4 additional charge. Please click the Add to Cart button for the Priority Mail product below before checkout to incur the charge and upgrade your shipping.
